They will shortlist you based on your UG percentages and GATE score. If you have above 65℅ in your UG and a descent GATE score (600+) you will probably get a call for written test.
So for selection process they will have weightage of following order.
20% for your UG percentages
40% for GATE score and,
40℅ for performance in Interview.
